zh8 Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing zh8, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zh8 platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by zh8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and zh8. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication or bonus offer, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by zh8.

zh8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. zh8 will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Access to and use of zh8 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. zh8 enforces this requirement without exception.
• You must be accessing zh8 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of zh8 or any of its affiliated software or service providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from zh8 or any affiliated platform.

zh8 conducts age verification at the point of registration. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification to confirm their age and identity. zh8 reserves the right to suspend account access pending satisfactory completion of age verification at any stage.

Players who are aware of any minor attempting to access zh8 are strongly encouraged to contact zh8 support immediately via the in-platform live chat or by emailing the support address provided in the footer of this page.

To access zh8's wagering services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account and to promptly update zh8 if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on zh8. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zh8 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, and upon detection, all linked accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh8 account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your zh8 account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify zh8 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that you log out of your zh8 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

zh8 accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access arose from the Player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.

zh8 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed directly with no currency conversion fees applied by zh8. USDT transactions are processed at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to a Player's zh8 balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically reflect within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. zh8 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time, with notice provided to Players via the Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by zh8 within the timeframes set out below, subject to successful KYC verification. Players must ensure that the withdrawal method matches the method used for their most recent deposit, except where zh8 expressly permits an alternative. zh8 may request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal.

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Processed within 1–3 business hours during standard banking hours (09:00–17:00 PKT, Monday–Friday).
• SadaPay: Processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• USDT TRC20: Processed within 1 hour of approval, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

zh8 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page on zh8.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all zh8 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time the offer is made. Players are strongly advised to read these requirements before opting into any promotion.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories — particularly live dealer tables and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• zh8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel bonus credits that have been issued in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering conditions are satisfied.

All games available on zh8 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. zh8 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All casino games on zh8 use certified random number generator (RNG) software provided by internationally accredited game developers. zh8 does not alter, interfere with, or manipulate game outcomes. The results of each game round are independently determined by the RNG at the moment of each play.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, zh8 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state using server-side records. Where a valid game state cannot be determined, zh8 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round may be voided at zh8's reasonable discretion.

• Bets placed and confirmed by the zh8 system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
• zh8 reserves the right to void any wager where it can be demonstrated that the Player had access to information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed (e.g. inside information on sporting events).
• Maximum winnings per single game round or bet may be subject to platform-wide limits as published in zh8's game rules documentation. These limits exist to ensure the financial integrity of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zh8 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, giving zh8 the right to immediately suspend or terminate the offending account and take any further action zh8 deems appropriate, including legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, interact with games, or access zh8 services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using zh8 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches in zh8's platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through known platform errors must be reported to zh8 immediately and may be reclaimed.
• Creating or using more than one zh8 account, or assisting any other person in creating duplicate accounts.
• Accessing zh8 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with zh8's software or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward zh8's support staff or other users.

zh8 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required. Players engaging in prohibited conduct may have their details, transaction records, and relevant communications disclosed to appropriate authorities without prior notice.

zh8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. zh8 strongly encourages all Players to gamble within their means and to treat all gambling activity as recreational, never as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

zh8 provides the following responsible gambling tools, all accessible directly from within each Player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that alert them after a set duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Exceeding the threshold will result in automatic suspension of betting access for the remainder of the designated period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a temporary self-exclusion of between 7 days and 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, access to the Player's account is fully suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications reminding Players of time spent on the Platform during any given session.

If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, zh8 urges you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek help from a professional support organisation. zh8's support team is available 24/7 and trained to handle responsible gambling concerns sensitively and confidentially.

zh8 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on zh8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

zh8 uses Player data for the following primary purposes: account management, transaction processing, KYC and fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, customer support, and where consent has been given, marketing communications. zh8 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

All Player data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment information is handled through certified payment processing infrastructure and is not stored on zh8 servers beyond what is required for transaction reconciliation and fraud prevention purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh8's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zh8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether or not zh8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, zh8 accepts no liability for:

• Any failure of the Platform arising from a Force Majeure event, including telecommunications or internet service interruptions beyond zh8's reasonable control.
• Any loss suffered as a result of a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, prices, or game results that arises from a third-party data feed or game provider error, where zh8 has acted in good faith.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by a third-party payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit zh8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by zh8's own gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

zh8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where zh8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations.

Players may close their zh8 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via the in-platform live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

Upon termination of an account — whether initiated by zh8 or by the Player — the following consequences apply:

• All bonus funds and associated wagering progress are immediately forfeited.
• Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome where technically feasible; otherwise they will be voided and the stake returned.
• zh8 retains the right to withhold any balance pending investigation into suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity, and to deduct any amounts owed by the Player to zh8 from the balance prior to return.
• Players who have applied a permanent self-exclusion may not re-register on zh8 under any circumstances.

zh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page, and the effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Where zh8 makes material changes to these Terms — including changes that may affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — zh8 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of zh8 following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh8 is registered and licensed to operate. zh8 operates under internationally recognised gaming standards and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between zh8 and a Player, zh8 encourages the Player to first contact zh8 support to attempt an informal resolution. zh8 aims to resolve all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by zh8's licensing authority.

Players agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the competent courts of zh8's licensing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
